L A U R E L W O O D

Laurelwood was created in 2003 by the Waterfront Group, LLC.  Laurelwood is approximately 60 acres of gently rolling terrain above Faubush Creek on Lake Cumberland.  Originally the property was subdivided into 60 units and sold to individuals by Waterfront Group, LLC.  After all the units were sold, Waterfront Group, LLC transferred the common areas to the Laurelwood Property Owners Association.

The LPOA is a self-sustaining body governed by a Board of Directors.  The Board of Directors is elected from and by the property owners.  All sixty units are limited to single family residences as set forth in Laurelwood’s protective covenants.  The covenants are designed to maintain a certain level of aesthetics throughout the Laurelwood community.
